WATERPROOF

PRODUCTION LINES
We operate multiple advanced production lines to ensure a comprehensive range of high-quality and reliable waterproofing solutions. Each production line is designed to deliver specialized products tailored to various industry needs.

SBS/APP Waterproof Membrane Production Line
Asphalt oil, SBS, SBR, rubber particles, APP particles, and calcium powder are added to an oxidation tank and subjected to an oxidation process for 10 hours. The polyester carcass is then fully immersed in the asphalt mixture. Following this, the membrane is laminated and cooled. Once cooled, the membranes are rolled, inspected for quality, and then stored in the warehouse.

PVC/TPO Waterproof Membrane Production Line
PVC or TPO polymers are mixed with stabilizers and additives, then extruded into continuous sheets. Reinforcement layers are incorporated for added strength, and UV-resistant coatings are applied to enhance durability. The membranes are cut into rolls or sheets, inspected for quality, and then packaged with care for storage and distribution.

Waterproof Coating Production Line
Acrylic emulsion is mixed with an appropriate amount of water, calcium powder, film-forming additives, defoamers, and dispersants. The mixture is thoroughly blended and dispersed to ensure uniform consistency. After the blending process, the coating is inspected for quality and then filled into containers. Finished products are stored in the warehouse after passing final quality checks.

Waterproof Tape Production Line
Finished butyl waterproofing rolls are cut into various sizes using a slitting machine. Each piece is covered with isolation paper on both sides to protect the adhesive. The tapes are then packaged with heat-shrinkable film to ensure they are securely sealed and protected during storage and transport.
